What is the best ATV for plowing snow

I'm from Minnesota so you know, we have very cold winters and really bad snowstorms. Sometimes it's around 2-6 inches then sometimes it even reaches at least 10 to 15 inches. So now I wanna ask, what's the best 4 wheeler with plow to help me clear my driveway? I'm thinking it should be around 700cc at the least? I wanna be able to bring it also for plowing, ice fishing, basically all my hobbies combined, even hunting actually. Should it be 700cc or big as 850 cc max? I sold my other sedan so I have an extra 12k to add to my budget. What do you recommend?
