Just a backstory, I'm running a small crew that specializes in snowplowing and as we all know, safety is a big deal with the equipments we've been using.

So I am curious, how do you keep your crews safe out there? any cool rewards or anything similar to make sure everyone is doing their work safely and efficiently?

The golden rule there is to be a leader and not the boss. Show them how it's done, as a leader they will follow you and see what youre doing as the standard practice. You can also do weekly meetings to remind your crewa about safety measures and ask them about their challenges so as to address them as well. A safety reflective vests could also do some help.
