I used to wear steel-toe boots until i realized they made my toes colder, so now i use Sorels with wool socks, extra pairs, a boot dryer, and Thermacell heated insoles i can switch on when needed. Since the machines start cold and the defrost barely reaches my feet, i'm wondering, what's your go-to for keeping toes warm out there? I spend like 5-15 hours plowing in an F450, a New Holland T5060 and a John Deere 310.

Try out insulated waterproof boots, thick wool socks, and battery heated insole setup. Layering socks helps too, but the key for me is the heated insoles

Thanks, that makes sense, heated insoles do sound like a gamechanger . Do you have a preferred brand or model that works best for plowing in really cold conditions?
