Seems like none of the plug and play strobe kits like Z flash are offering anything that fits my current rig yet. I'm mostly looking to add something to the rear for better visibility while back dragging residentials and backing into tight blind spots on commercial lots, I looked at those license plate mount strobes from Strobes N' More, but I'm guessing they'd mess with my rear cam, which I rely on constantly.

Not too keen on dropping $600+ to get into the tail lights just to get some decent flash. Anyone running a cleaner or more affordable setup for rear facing lights on their plow trucks? open to ideas that don't involve losing camera function or tearing into the wiring too much.
 
$600+ is way too much for any kind of lights, including replacing every single bulb you have. What about a lightbar? There are countless universal options that many people seem to be very happy with.

Skip the taillight headache. For rear strobes, honestly, hitch receiver strobes are your best bet. They slide in, plug into trailer wiring, and usually sit low enough to clear your cam. Super easy install, no complex wiring.
 
Yeah, I agree about those magnetic strobes or low profile LED pods that mount near the bumper or hitch. Some even have wireless remotes and won't mess with your existing wiring. Could be workaround without a full teardown.
 
What about some DIY option with an LED bar or something like that? I've seen countless mods on ATVs and UTVs, so I'm guessing it shouldn't be that much more difficult to set it up on a plower. Besides, I'm sure it won't cost nearly as much as $600 or more.
