My 50 yo neighbor just bought a secondhand truck with a plow, it’s in pretty good condition.
He’s planning to use it on his driveway, but he’s totally new to plowing (so do I haha)
He wants to start to plow at the little corner spot by the garage in one big push, angled away from the house, all the way to the street. I told him that idk if that really can clear most of the driveway in one go.
Then he got a bit stuck on the best way to tackle the last 12 feet in front of the garage.
Now, how do you usually handle clearing right in front of the garage? He wants to keep the snow piles away from the house as much as possible.
Do you guys drive up close, drop the plow, and then just drag the snow backward? Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks!
