Crew cab long bed for plowing?

Anybody here ever tried plowing with a crew cab long bed? Wondering how effective it is compared to short beds and/or extended cabs with short bed. Anyone?

A crew cab long bed can definitely get the job done! You might just adjust your plowing technique a little. just curious, what kind of plowing are you planning on doing?

I've plowed with a crew cab long bed before, it's doable, but the longer length can make maneuvering tighter spaces trickier compared to short beds

Plowing with a CCLB? It's a whole different ballgame.
here's what I think:
Pros: Super stable on long runs, smoother ride.
Cons: Maneuverability is the killer. Forget tight residential driveways or intricate commercial lots without endless backing up. That long wheelbase makes turning a beast.

If your routes are big and open, it's fine. For anything tight, you'll feel every extra foot!
